Showcasing CHAP’s Game-Changing technologies

The Game Changing Technologies event for the Agri-Tech Sector event took place in London on October 10th. CHAP CEO, Fraser Black and Commercial Director, Linsey Cresswell attended on behalf of CHAP, along with representatives of the other UK Agri-Tech Centres. This DIT agri-tech event was a cross sector, multi-disciplinary  effort to generate new partnerships both in the UK and overseas, generating game-changing concepts to help farmers.

Fraser’s presentation represented all four Agri-Tech Centres while Shyam Parekh gave a presentation on behalf of RIPE, showcasing the benefits of the CHAP Natural Light Growing (NLG) Centre capability, which is currently being built at Warwick University.

As well as networking and presenting, CHAP and the other centres had  “stalls in the market place” which were very busy during the breaks with a lot of interest in both our capabilities and the CHAP membership scheme.
