The challenges presented by the COVID-19 lockdown did not deter us and we quickly evolved our processes to ensure recruitment continued as planned and that every new member of staff had the best possible onboarding experience.
It is the people in the CHAP team who, alongside our partners, make our achievements in agri-tech innovation possible, and that is why this year we have created the CHAP Talent Pool.
The CHAP Talent Pool is a secure database of people who have expressed an interest, either now or in the future, in working with us at CHAP. The database allows us to update the relevant people with upcoming opportunities that suit their skills, experience, and requirements. This proactive approach also allows us to plan more effectively for upcoming projects.
As CHAP continues to grow, we will be looking to recruit even more talented people – on a permanent, contract or temporary basis – across any of our 11 locations.
We are especially keen to hear from people with a background in Molecular Diagnostics, Genomics, Molecular Genetics, Carbon Measurement, Plant Pathology, Soil Science, Crop Protection and those with grant writing experience.
We would also love to talk to recent graduates or those completing a PhD who may be looking to start their careers in agri-tech or gain valuable industry work experience.
