The Knowledge Transfer Network (KTN) is running two webinars about Agri-Tech Innovation in Australia and New Zealand in the next couple of weeks.
KTN, a network partner of Innovate UK, helps businesses get the best out of creativity, ideas and the latest discoveries, to strengthen the UK economy and improve people’s lives. Last year it led Global Expert Missions to both countries. The missions involve representatives from UK business and from the policy and research community visiting the country to meet stakeholders from industry, academia and government. The upcoming webinars will present findings from these events.
The events are aimed at UK agri-tech businesses interested in international expansion through collaborations with Australia and/or New Zealand, and UK universities looking to collaborate down-under. They will also be useful for policy makers who want to get insight into the antipodean agri-tech sector to help inform their decisions.
The sessions will cover the agri-tech innovation landscape and give insights into opportunities for, and the potential benefits of, collaboration with Australia and/or New Zealand. They will also look at why organisations from Australia and New Zealand should be collaborating with UK organisations.
The New Zealand webinar will be held on Monday 27th April at 2pm (BST) and the Australia Webinar will be at the same time the following Monday, 4th May.
